ANZANG Nature is an organisation promoting awareness of the significance of the unique natural heritage of the bioregion of Australia, New Zealand, Antarctica and New Guinea, and supports nature conservation in the region. Winning and highly commended images of the ANZANG Nature Photographer of the Year 2005 Competition are included in a travelling exhibition, as well as a book that is available from ANZANG. Funds surplus to the cost of the competition and travelling exhibition are donated to conservation organisations in Australia, New Zealand, and New Guinea that are managing natural habitat for native flora and fauna sanctuary.
In order to support conservation efforts in the ANZANG bioregion, the two images shown above have been made available as inexpensive mini-poster sized prints that can be purchased directly from ANZANG at www.anzangnature.com. They are also both included in the ANZANG Photographer of the Year 2005 book that is available from the same site for only AUS$25.-
